Wistom ("we", "us", "our") operates the BrainJog mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you set up BrainJog, we collect your first name, age (or date of birth), gender, and optional lifestyle details such as sleep, exercise, and stress levels. This information is used to personalise your brain training experience and calculate your Brain Age.

Performance data. We store your game scores, Brain Age history, daily session records, and streak data. This data powers your statistics, insights, and progress tracking.

Lifestyle check-ins. If you choose to log your mood, sleep, or exercise, we store these check-ins to help you understand how lifestyle factors may relate to your cognitive performance.

Device information. We may collect basic device information (operating system, app version) for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.

Subscription information. When you subscribe to BrainJog Pro, payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not have access to your payment card details. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier to track your subscription entitlements. 2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalise the BrainJog experience (Brain Age, adaptive difficulty, daily exercises).
To track your cognitive progress and generate insights.
To manage your subscription and restore purchases across devices.
To send you optional daily reminder notifications (which you control).
To improve the app through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

3. Data Storage

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device using an on-device database. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

RevenueCat — subscription management. Receives a pseudonymous user ID and subscription transaction data.
Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for subscriptions.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not serve ads.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Notifications. You can enable or disable daily reminders in the app's profile settings or your device settings.
Data deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app. You may also contact us at support@brainjogapp.com to request data deletion.
Subscription management. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

BrainJog is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data is stored locally on your device and transmitted securely when syncing. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app or on our website. The "Effective date" at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
