These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrainJog mobile application ("App") operated by Wistom ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using BrainJog, you agree to these Terms.
BrainJog is a cognitive training application that provides daily brain exercises, a Brain Age score, progress tracking, and lifestyle insights. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
BrainJog is a wellness and entertainment product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your Brain Age and game scores are indicative measures for personal tracking purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your cognitive health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
You must be at least 16 years old to use BrainJog. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
When you create a BrainJog profile, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Your profile data is stored locally on your device and is used to personalise your experience.
BrainJog Pro. Access to BrainJog requires an active subscription ("BrainJog Pro"). Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

All content in BrainJog — including games, exercises, designs, text, graphics, and the BrainJog mascot — is owned by Wistom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
We strive to keep BrainJog available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wistom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
BrainJog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to BrainJog if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or on our website. Your continued use of BrainJog after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
